is an award-winning genuinely independent vet team offering you a peek inside our South Coastal surgeries of excellence - we have two large multi-vet branches! Within our incredible team at Ferring Street Veterinary Surgery, we have a few amazing Certificate Holding Vets with various interests including Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Ultrasonography, Endoscopy, Soft Tissue Surgery, and Dentistry.
Due to growth and increased advanced caseload offering, our team are seeking a further Veterinary Surgeon who really wants to make the most of our amazing rota, progressive culture, service-driven consulting and theatre work which takes us away from the ordinary.
This position is based not far from Brighton, in salubrious Worthing (where you'll have access to the most amazing beaches!).
Equipment to be enjoyed in this one-of-a-kind surgery includes: Top of the range ultrasound for both abdo and hearts Full Karl Storz Tower In house Lab - Idexx Catalyst One, Procyte, Sedivue, Vet lab Urinalysis - biochemistry incl T4, SDMA, CPLI, FPLI snap, Lungworm snap, Haematology, Urine Sediment Elite microscope – we love our cytology Mindray Multiparameter Handheld Capnograph/SPO2 BLT M880 Doppler BP Electrocautery Unit Suction unit ECG Seca CT3000I Advanced Xray system Bair Hugger’s Fire CR Dental Xray digital processor Dental Xray - X-mind Advanced dental equipment with Vet Air Slit Lamp Tonopen Operating microscope Phaco (yes, really!) Separate dog and cat wards with oxygen kennel More about the role: We are able to look at both a 3-day and 4-day week for the perfect fit for our team. CPD is fully cert support or an ability to support whichever progressive courses suit your future development. Salary: Up to £75,000, Depending on Experience.
