Technical Administrator Contract: Banking Location: Leicestershire, LE19 0AL Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent As a Technical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational and critical management teams within the business. Based in a dynamic location, you’ll benefit from access to amenities such as a café, parking, food vans, shops, and a local gym. Working closely with all members of the Data Centre and Head Office operations, you will ensure the seamless operation of critical services by providing timely administrative support and engaging assistance as needed. Job Description In this role, you will focus on key CAFM system administrative tasks, collaborating with Gareth and the Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective workflows. Alongside general administrative responsibilities, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations while delivering high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Log, allocate and update all works on a job tracker (Ostara) Administration of timesheets and staff holidays Submission of reactive work requests Upkeep of the work order tracker to ensure business continuity and achieve high compliance SLA scoring monthly Develop and maintain internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets by enhancing communication across the campus engineering team Create access for the buildings across the campus via the VAF tracker and ensuring the upkeep of the tracker Responsible for the upkeep of the training skills matrix and to book/organise training courses for the team when required Contribute to the smooth running of the technical administrative function within the business Promote the profile of ISS within the profession and wider communities Arrange meetings, booking rooms, and planning refreshments Reply to generic information emails Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Knowledge or exposure of engineering language and terminology desired but not essential Good communication skills and a confident team player Experience with using CAFM work order systems desired but not essential Previous experience in a similar role, coordinating maintenance within the industry Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and take on broader responsibilities Customer focused to the highest level when dealing with client requests/needs Finance experience in raising purchase orders The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
