Maintenance Planner

at their Hindlow site, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant operations. What You'll Do: As a key member of the maintenance team, you will: Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Optimize resources, parts, and manpower for smooth project execution. Support continuous improvement initiatives and long-term project planning. Oversee the site's SAP PM system, becoming the go-to expert. Track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with goals and budget. What You Bring: Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling (5+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access); SAP experience is advantageous. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
