You will be responsible for all aspects of Account Opening and Maintenance, primarily in Fees administration, helping out on Account Opening, Static Data, and internal account reconciliations. As Operations Executive - Fees, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining fee static data on various systems, loading fee rates onto new accounts, processing fee debits, refunds, and reversals Validate fee documentation Provide fee guidance to branches: manage mailbox and answer calls regarding fees Liaise with platform providers and Finance Support teams within the same stream and departments and assist the team with ongoing fee projects To be successful in this role, you should: Have a Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or similar educational background Possess working knowledge of Microsoft 365, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of PowerBi Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt conversation to suit any level within the organization and external companies Be dedicated to providing outstanding client service with proven excellent customer service skills Be able to work well under pressure and to work to targets and tight timescales, with a flexible approach to team priorities Adopt a high-quality culture to minimize error, ensuring high-quality service levels and standards are delivered Have previous experience in the financial services industry, especially in Operations, preferable but not essential As a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include: Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
