HVAC Supervisor (office and hands on)
GBP57k per annum & vehicle/ fuel card, package & bonus
Location: London (office in Hemel area, contracts across Hertfordshire, Bucks & North London)
A leading HVAC Company established for over 50 years has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic sectors. Currently, there is a key requirement for an experienced HVAC Supervisor located in Hemel and overseeing a team of 8 engineers covering Hertfordshire, Bucks, and some London contracts.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing a team of 8 engineers Conducting client meetings and engineer reviews Providing hands-on assistance with repair and maintenance of air conditioning systems within commercial environments Mentoring improvers and apprentices
Package: The Air Conditioning Working Supervisor will receive up to GBP55k basic (depending on experience) + overtime, bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
Requirements: NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum Full UK driving license Commercial engineering experience prior to supervisory/management experience Experience overseeing an air conditioning team Must be within a commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead
