Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client, based in North London, is looking to recruit a Housing Solutions Officer to provide a comprehensive housing management service. The role focuses on all aspects of tenancy and property management, including repairs coordination, complaint investigation, and addressing tenancy-related issues.
This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:
Provide tailored advice to tenants on tenancy sustainment, welfare benefits, and housing options to prevent evictions and promote stable living conditions.
Handle tenancy-related matters such as rent payments, tenancy agreements, and addressing breaches or disputes.
Property Management: Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repair work with contractors, and ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
Investigate and resolve complaints from tenants, providing timely and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure all activities align with housing legislation, council policies, and data protection requirements while maintaining accurate records.
Work closely with contractors, landlords, and external agencies to deliver high-quality housing services and support for tenants.
