Being a “key person” for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times. Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan, and assess children’s learning opportunities. Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirement policies and practices. Working with Others
