We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Behavior Mentor to join our committed team of educators. As a Behavior Mentor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive school culture and empowering students to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support in navigating behavioral challenges. Developing and implementing individualized behavior plans to address specific student needs and promote positive outcomes. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Utilizing effective strategies and interventions to de-escalate conflicts and promote self-regulation skills. Monitoring student progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or youth support setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and build trust. Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the diverse needs of our school community. A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
