Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 Qualified Location : Horsforth, Leeds Permanent Position Salary : Competitive Hourly Rate + Generous Holiday Entitlement (4 or 5 Days) Are you a passionate, Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity to shine in a dynamic nursery setting? We are seeking an experienced, dedicated individual to join a thriving team based in Horsforth, Leeds, where you will play a key role in nurturing young minds and creating a safe, stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Our client is a highly regarded nursery, committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to support children's development through play-based learning and adhere to the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework. We are looking for a practitioner who can thrive in this setting, supporting both children and staff in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement and evaluate educational activities for children aged 0-5, ensuring they meet the EYFS standards. Foster strong relationships with children and their families, promoting positive emotional well-being. Support children's language, cognitive, social, and physical development through fun, creative, and engaging activities. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, providing regular updates to parents and carers. Ensure the nursery is a safe, welcoming environment for both children and staff, following safeguarding and health and safety guidelines. Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure high standards of care and education are consistently met.

Key Requirements: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in an Early Years setting (preferably working with children aged 0-5 years). A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development. Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential. A good understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
