Parker SC operates trauma-informed residential children's homes in Northallerton and Brompton on Swale, within the North Yorkshire region. We require another full or part-time worker; our model is that adults are assigned to a home, however, the role is flexible between our provisions.
The rates of pay are as follows:
Residential childcare worker: £12.30
Team leader: £13.80
Team leader with on-call responsibilities: £14.80
Sleeps are required and are paid at the rate of £40

Parker SC Requirements: Residential childcare worker; no experience required, training will be provided and paid for. Team leader; 2 years experience of working in a children's residential setting. The company director will assess individual candidates' experience and knowledge respective of the enhanced role which includes on-call responsibilities. All candidates must be able to drive, hold a full UK licence, and have access to a vehicle for business/work purposes.
