26.25 hours on a 3 on 3 off basis, over a 6 week rota. 2.30pm-10pm The Role You will play a key role in providing a high standard of care to our residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Always present a compassionate and professional image. Have an NVQ 2, or be willing to work towards it. Previous care experience is not a necessity but would be an advantage. Be kind, warm and compassionate, with a can-do attitude. Be a team player, self-motivated, proactive and flexible. Plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure. Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
