Full-time (40 hours), Part-time (different shift patterns available, please talk to us), Permanent The Role: An Ofsted 'Good' rated early years setting that provides exceptional care and education to their children is looking for a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Create a warm, stimulating, and safe learning environment Help to plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development Observe, assess, and record children's progress Build positive relationships with children and parents Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure high-quality care Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and safeguarding procedures Support your team, uphold positive working relationships and be an effective role model Essential Criteria: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Knowledge of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of early childhood development Support safe, high-quality education and care for the children At Twizzle Tops, we are an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming environment.
