12 months fixed term contract . The role is hybrid 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Please note 4 weeks of induction/training will be conducted at the Office. Lead the provision of excellent customer service to patients, providing advice and guidance at all stages of the patient journey. What You’ll Need The ideal candidate will have: Experience of working in a healthcare environment or ophthalmic sector Commercial awareness with passion for delivering high standards of customer service and clinical care Excellent communication skills and a passion for Vision Correction Experience of using patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems Highly organised, with clear forward planning and ability to flex according to customer needs Excellent attention to detail Highly motivated and able to work autonomously Strong IT skills, able to use all Microsoft Office applications and other systems/databases Experience of building and maintaining exceptional relationships with colleagues and customers Ability to deal with challenging behaviours You’ll see and feel the Optegra difference when you walk through the door – and you’ll have every opportunity to really make a difference.
