Scope of the Role
The rewarding career you are looking for is at Intact Software. If you love working with technology and like the variety of meeting with customers and exploring their business systems requirements, this might be the job for you. You will be the point of contact for a range of customers who are using our ERP and Business Management Software packages. They use our software for Accounting, Stock Management, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management and you will become their trusted adviser throughout their many years using the products. Working as part of the wider Customer Success Office (CSO), our mission is to provide the Support and Services required to allow customers meet their ambitions for their ERP software.
The right person for this role will have a deep interest in developing and maintaining positive relationships with senior personnel and business owners while identifying potential opportunities.
Responsibilities
The Account Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our growing customer base. You will be their point of contact and their advocate within the Customer Success Office.
Your duties will include:
conducting regular business reviews & customer meetings
co-ordinating the onboarding process from PMO to the Customer Success Office
providing detailed proposals for new requirements
introducing new products and services
coordinating the resolution of complex helpdesk issues
working with other CSO personnel to deliver an optimum service to your Customers
holding periodic service level reviews with assigned Customers
meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions, customer satisfaction etc.
ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date
working with team members to develop and undertake marketing campaigns
maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers with a view to providing future case studies/reference visits
Skills and Abilities

Must demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a friendly empathetic manner
Ability to work under pressure and manage customer experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
A person applying for this role
must
have:
Diploma or an Accounting Qualification or Sales / Marketing or Project Management qualification
A minimum of 2 years commercial Sales / Project Management experience
Proven track record of maintaining customer relationships
A commercial awareness and understanding of Project scope
Strong & broad practical knowledge of Accounting Software
Full Clean Drivers Licence
