Senior Care Assistant (Nights)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Senior Carer to work night shifts in our beautiful care home. We seek someone with experience who wants to continually improve and develop their own skill set. The successful individual needs to demonstrate they can manage a staff team and delegate efficiently. They should be upbeat and able to think outside the box when it comes to using their own initiative. Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the care staff within the service. Provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations, under the direction of the Manager. Supervise the care services within the organisation in accordance with agreed standards. Maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may, from time to time, be required to keep practices up to date. Be computer savvy and demonstrate good documentation skills. Job Types:
