We are looking for a Creative Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team in Bromley, Greater London. This is an urgent position on a contract basis, with full-time hours expected. The primary industry is Education and Training, offering a competitive salary of £85 - £100 per day on PAYE basis. Job Duties:
Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and resources Providing one-to-one support to students with their learning and development Assisting in the management of the classroom and student behaviour Participating in extracurricular activities and school events Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Education:
Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Creativity and ability to engage students in learning Good organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid and Safeguarding training Working Conditions:
Fast-paced classroom environment Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents Potential involvement in extracurricular activities and events All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
