Omnichannel Strategy and Campaign Manager

to join our UK & Ireland marketing team.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of omnichannel marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., in-field, event, online and marketing automation), aimed at creating a seamless and consistent brand experience for our healthcare customers.

Your responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Management - Lead on developing and delivering annualised marketing campaign plans and activation programmes, which support delivery of organisational and business unit strategy - Engage and optimise two-way collaboration across stakeholders – aligning on marketing campaign selection, local marketing initiatives and performance reviews - Alignment and co-creation with OEKG and global stakeholders on campaigns, ensuring seamless localisation of content into the UI region - Lead ideation and design for local campaigns - Deliver local Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement content [inclusive but not exhaustive of customer success stories, testimonials, videos, PR etc.] - Deliver audience-based touchpoint/activation online and offline plans and periodically update calendars

ACE - Develop comprehensive customer journey maps and workflows - Design and execute personalised journeys tailored to different customer segments and personas - Automate and optimise customer interactions throughout the journey lifecycle (e.g., triggered e-mails) - Collaborate with business units to define customer segments based on demographics, sales history, behaviours, and preferences - Prepare data segmentations using dedicated tools

General - Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting marketing ROI and customer journey effectiveness - Analyse the marketing environment to ensure that our approach is up-to-date with latest marketing industry trends, and supports business units identify growth opportunities. - Ensure marketing activities are fully compliant

Qualifications - You will hold a Business or Marketing degree, OR hold a relevant a Marketing qualification (CIM, for example) - Demonstrable experience within a Marketing Operations role - Proven experience in developing/writing marketing briefs - Proven experience in developing/writing professional marketing content, with the ability to produce compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness, and readability - You are a creative thinker, with Business to Business (B2B) marketing campaign experience - Excellent communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing - You are proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task - Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure - Ability to work as part of a team
