Cosine have an exciting opportunity with our client, Hyperoptic! We are recruiting a field team of Brand Ambassadors to call into new build developments and train Sales and Development teams on the high-speed broadband services offered by Hyperoptic. Your role will be crucial in creating strong brand advocates across your region! Training 17th March 2025, going live thereafter with 7 days’ work to be completed ASAP. £122.07 per day including holiday pay and completion bonus, plus mileage. 4 days per week working Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8 hours per day. Brighton, Guilford, Redhill, Tonbridge and surrounding areas As a Brand Ambassador for Cosine, working on behalf of Hyperoptic, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with Sales and Development teams within new build developments. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the advocacy of Hyperoptic's high-speed broadband services by engaging with on-site sales staff and development suites. Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering coverage in line with or above expected calls per day and setting appointments with key stakeholders to ensure productive and focused interactions during site visits. Increase awareness and enthusiasm for Hyperoptic’s services among sales teams by delivering tailored presentations, training sessions, and providing the latest product information. You will also have access to leaflets to leave behind on site, and digital tools. Collect occupancy information and contact details from the sales executives on site – 100% data accuracy is crucial! Collect net promoter scores from the sites visited to prove impact of training. Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to Hyperoptic to help refine offerings, messaging, and support tools. Key Requirements: Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Attention to detail is key, as the information you collect will be shared directly with our client! Strong relationship-building abilities, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results. Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region. Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle. Happy to wear a branded uniform. You will be provided with a phone and tablet. Additional Information: £100 per day plus holiday pay = £112.07 £10 per day completion bonus Virtual training online on 17/03/2025 Working days to be agreed in advance. Days to be worked on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Flexible around opening days of Sales Suites open). 4 days per week, 8 hours plus 30 mins unpaid lunch. Please apply today!
