A Bit About Us Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.

Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? The Mobile Implementation Administrator is required to provide customer-focused administrative support within the Mobile onboarding team which manages the onboarding and in-life requirements for our mobile customers.

The scope of the role involves supporting our customers and the wider business with the onboarding and in-life management for the Mobile solution, Horizon. The role will focus on accurate and efficient administrative support to the workflow.

What will you be doing day-to-day? Administrative tasks required will include (but are not exclusive to):

Provisioning of various products including mobile ports, mobile new connections, data only connections and handsets, in a timely and accurate manner using standard processes and systems. Managing basic moves/adds/changes for existing customers for Mobile. Managing incoming calls and written correspondence from customers, suppliers and colleagues. Data entry within the various company systems. Ensuring all relevant customer documents are received and saved on internal systems. Liaising with third parties as required including issues and liaising with third parties which would include: Updating customer spreadsheets. Suspending or re-activating services. Managing failed deliveries. Additional tasks will include (but are not exclusive to): Proactive member of the team, working with several internal teams. Assisting and supporting the relevant Implementation managers with customer rollouts. Support customers in-life with day-to-day queries. Identify issues, collating and managing appropriate issues and risks to resolution. Identify areas for improvement e.g., product, system or process. Escalate serious issues in a timely fashion to the relevant parties. What You’ll Need

Good work ethic and attitude with excellent timekeeping and reliability. Flexible, able to fit in with business needs around core opening hours. Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity whilst maintaining attention to detail. Literate and numerate - competent user of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Awareness and basic knowledge of business telecoms including mobile and voice telephony systems. Positive attitude with a diplomatic approach to working with other teams and suppliers. Educated to tertiary level with minimum GCSE in English, Maths and Science. A self-organiser with the ability to take responsibility for their own workload as well as learning. Ability to prioritise and organise workload to ensure that assigned tasks are completed by the end of each working day. What do we offer?
