Amazon Marketplace enables businesses (our “third party Selling Partners”) to sell products on both Amazon.co.uk and across Amazon stores worldwide. We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to build their career within Amazon Marketplace, and work directly with our largest UK Selling Partners to grow their business in Amazon EU stores. As an Associate Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic UK Selling Partners, and helping them navigate the complexity of selling in EU so they can reach millions of new customers across the border. You will achieve this by helping them to launch and grow on a suite of strategic programs Amazon has launched, to make it simpler, faster and more cost-effective for Selling Partners to sell in EU Stores post-Brexit. Key Job Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify and launch high potential Selling Partners into Europe and help them bring competitive selection, pricing and product availability to EU customers Provide quality account management support to Selling Partners, understanding the challenges they face to grow in EU and partnering with them find solutions Collate and surface key themes you see in Selling Partner feedback, to inform the development of new products and solutions that unlock additional growth for Selling Partners in EU Be responsible for delivering quarterly goals and sales targets for your portfolio of Selling Partners Work with internal program and product teams on projects that improve Selling Partner experience and sales growth when selling in EU To help you deliver in this role, you will be provided a detailed onboarding plan to build the necessary knowledge to perform the role, in addition to ongoing training to help you grow your sales, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. You will be assigned experienced account managers to support you. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales or marketing (e.g., in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles Experience influencing at all levels within an organization Experience translating customer needs into business requirements Excellent communication and analytic skills Proficient written and verbal communication in a second European language Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
