With a growing portfolio of clients and exciting new contracts, we are expanding—and we want you to join our team! We are currently seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join our team. You will be tasked with sourcing and purchasing high-quality equipment, goods, and services at competitive prices. The role involves managing the procurement process, from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation and ensuring compliance with sustainability and ethical standards. The role supports the company’s operational needs, aiming to save costs, minimise waste, and increase profits. What You'll Be Doing: Forecast levels of demand for services and products. Update internal CRM with supplier pricing. Source the best products and suppliers. Run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations. Negotiate and agree contracts. Keep and maintain contract files. Build and maintain supplier relationships. Manage and motivate the procurement team. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams. Develop strategies for cost savings and supplier performance. Conduct value for money reviews. Ensure security and sustainability of supply sources. Forecast price trends and impacts. Develop and implement procurement strategy. Analyse data and produce reports on spending and savings. Ensure suppliers are aware of company objectives. Attend meetings and trade conferences. Train junior staff. Perform additional duties as assigned by the board. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in procurement or purchasing role, ideally as a supervisor or manager. Has an analytical skill set with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Is proficient in Microsoft Office. Has effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with a strong attention to detail who is self-motivated and customer-focused. Why Join Us?
