We're looking for a Product Owner to join Impression. The role will work directly with our Technology Director, supporting the offshore software delivery ambition of the business, but will be supported by, and interface with, a number of stakeholders across our performance marketing teams and our media solutions team (incl. data engineering and data science) and systems/development on some project delivery.
This is a new role at Impression and we anticipate the role and its support will evolve over time to suit the business needs. Responsibilities
As a Product Owner at Impression, you will: Liaise with internal stakeholders to prioritise task backlogs Oversee the delivery of a number of internal tool sets / products Assist with QA/testing Run internal user feedback sessions and take ownership of improving outcomes Manage external development resource workload Track product engagement metrics and report on product usage across the portfolio Assist with documentation production and training Requirements
To be considered for the Product Owner role at Impression, you will need to: Have an interest in the digital marketing and agency industry Have demonstrable experience in a similar role completing similar responsibilities Demonstrate stakeholder management skills Be a team player, capable of building relationships across teams at all levels Have demonstrable experience managing multiple, sometimes conflicting, deadlines Person Specification

£35,000 full time (33.75 hrs) equivalent. (i.e. 20 hours £20,740 - 25 hours £25,926) Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
