Senior Delivery Manager , you will work closely with different functions inside the Eutelsat Group (Engineering, IT, Operations, Commercial, and Legal team), leading coordination activities and supporting the Delivery team to ensure that business objectives are met consistently for both internal and external customers. Your technical background combined with your superior communication skills will be the foundation to lead multi-discipline, highly technical program initiatives. Successful candidates will have a strong program management and system design background, be detail-oriented, self-driven, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. What You’ll Do: You will coordinate

programs

in the satellite internet connectivity domain, managing service implementation requests and providing both internal and external customers with

technical analysis

results, detailed

planning , and

cost analysis . You will ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by

managing business request priorities , defining

clear execution plans , and anticipating potential issues. You will coordinate

cross-functional teams

to align with business objectives, removing any roadblocks to revenue and clearly communicating objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders. You will

develop

and

promote best practices

for business support

processes

and

governance , contributing to

continuous

improvement

initiatives within the team. You will apply, implement, and continuously improve the

Demand Management Process

to address demand requests from both internal and external customers, focusing on the

Product

Delivery

domain. You will facilitate the handover of responsibilities and knowledge transfer to technical and operational teams involved in the implementation phase of the customer services. What it Takes: Preferred master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field with some experience in telecom. 5+ years of customer-facing

Technical Product

or

Program Management experience

in TLC companies or related industries, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience. A good familiarity with

Product Development

practices and processes executing/delivering product and

technical roadmaps . Strong

project management skills , with certifications such as

PMI PMP or Prince2

being a plus. Good knowledge of

Telecommunication and IT systems

with a particular focus on

satellite and networking systems . Demonstrated leadership , with the ability to

anticipate needs

and

prioritize effectively . You proactively drive progress toward achieving objectives with a commercial mindset and a

customer-first, can-do attitude . Excellent written

and

verbal communication skills , capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners. Strong

decision-making skills , effectively prioritizing multiple issues and requests while clearly communicating plans to stakeholders. Exceptional team spirit , with a focus on mentoring, training, and using a coaching approach to bring out the best in others. Ability to implement new processes or procedures and promote best practices. Proficiency level

in written and spoken

English

(C1/C2). French and Italian are a plus. Ability to travel if required. What We’d Love: Familiarity with

Requirements Analysis

and Solution Design best practices, focusing on

Agile Methodologies

(Kanban, Scrum, etc.). Basic knowledge of BSS/OSS, NMS/EMS systems. Good knowledge of

TCP/IP networking

basics and network design principles. Good knowledge of

B2C and B2B Internet Service Providers business : backhauling, maritime or aviation services, governmental or business-critical applications. Knowledge of

Business process principles

and best practices (including Product Development) and direct experience with

change management initiatives . Experience defining

KPIs/SLAs
