Senior Care Assistant . This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, support our clients, and assist our team in delivering exceptional care. What You’ll Do: Assist clients with their daily routines, offering companionship and ensuring their safety and comfort. Conduct

client assessments and reviews , including care planning and risk assessments. Manning the on-call phone

on rotation with the office team, providing timely support. Navigate and work effectively on our

Birdie

support system (computer skills required). Build and maintain strong working relationships with

Social Workers, GPs, staff team, clients, and their families . Act as a

role model

for the care team, promoting best practices and teamwork. What We’re Looking For: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care

with at least

2 years of experience . Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and in stressful situations. A

team player

with a proactive and flexible approach to support the business and clients. Availability for

flexible hours , including

every other weekend . A valid

UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle . Fluency in English and a

caring, compassionate approach to care . What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at £14.00 per hour , with opportunities to increase based on experience and training. Mileage reimbursement

at £0.45 per mile. Guaranteed hours contracts , with flexible options available. Paid induction and

ongoing training
