Behaviour Mentor role in Ealing

AWR compliant rates of pay

Full-time position

Requirements: Immediate right to work in the UK

Experience with students with SEND in both Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) settings or mainstream schools

Patience and understanding approach

Flexibility and excellent communication skills

Existing DBS check on the update service

Experience in augmentative and alternative communication (PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Rapid Prompting Method) is beneficial, but not essential

Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with class teachers to adhere to the school behaviour policy

Ensure safeguarding of all pupils under your care

Work with both teaching and support staff to achieve the best student outcomes

Foster student independence

Promote well-being and welfare
