Job Description
Supporting on M&A transactions and due diligence.
Complex group reorganisations
Advising on management incentives such as growth shares and EMI.
Family wealth advice including protecting family wealth for future generations and trust and estate planning.
Associated project management such as billing, communications and risk management.
Supporting more junior members of the team through their work and development.
The Successful Applicant
Prior experience working at Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director level
CTA qualified with extensive Tax Advisory experience in the UK
Existing professional network across the West Midlands
