DB Recruitment are on the look out for an experienced Design Mechanical Manager with the following experience and sector knowledge:
Key Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge of HVAC, low carbon, thermal modelling, and mechanical building services. High level of mechanical building services design; degree qualified with a consultant background. Support the design elements of the business, focusing on HVAC and other mechanical building services. Carry out site surveys and technically review installed services. Manage sub-contractors and direct employees regarding programmes and deadlines. Client-facing role with responsibilities for cost control and procurement. Witnessing of commissioning and understanding testing and commissioning of relevant plant/electrical services. Defects collation and issuing for installed works. Turnkey project management. Conduct site meetings to represent the company. Experience Required:
Turnkey Projects & Building Services Projects: 3 years (required) Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year, pending experience and qualifications. Car allowance: circa £5k Company pension Schedule:
Monday to Friday Work Location: In person. Note: There is a lot of travel and some working away.
