Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Horsham Salary: £51,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off (Days Only, 7am - 7pm) Permanent Company Overview: MJM Industrial are excited to be recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at our Horsham site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring the effective and safe delivery of electrical services within the facility. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the electrical team to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services across the site. Ensure all electrical work is compliant with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Manage and prioritize electrical maintenance tasks and requests, including preventive and reactive maintenance. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring efficiency and high standards are maintained. Maintain accurate records of work completed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Perform routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs to electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Monitor stock levels of electrical parts and materials and place orders when necessary. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Requirements: A recognized electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent). Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervisory roles, ideally within a facilities management or industrial environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, health and safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Full driving license (if applicable) may be required for site visits. Benefits: Competitive salary of £51,000 per annum. Permanent, full-time position.
