As Commercial Finance Manager , you will undertake a pivotal role providing financial insight and commercial leadership to help drive business performance. You will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring sound decision-making as they scale. The Role:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions
Partner with senior management and operational teams to drive financial performance
Develop financial models to support investment and expansion opportunities
Monitor and analyse KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals
Oversee cash flow management and profitability analysis
Present financial insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards
The Person:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Previous experience within an industry role
Analytical with strong commercial judgement
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
