Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively. Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met. Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L. Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures. Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors. Sales-focused and results-oriented. Well-versed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards. Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships. Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities. Qualifications:
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum. Contractual Information:
