We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual as a
Carer Support Information Advisor
providing informal adult carers who care for a family member or friend over the age of 18 with a variety of information, support, informal advocacy and signposting as well as carers assessments and facilitating carer groups. You will be based at our Romford office and be part of a busy team, working closely with both statutory and voluntary organisations. You will be supporting carers who look after individuals with the following illnesses or disabilities: Frail and elderly Mental illness Physical and sensory impairment A dementia or memory loss Autism or learning disabled This is a 15 hour a week post (a 1 year fixed contract with possibility of extension) at an hourly rate of £13.58.
