We are looking for a Nurse to work at our Nursing home situated in Middlesbrough. The home has a friendly team which provides premium nursing care for the residents.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Home Manager
with leading, motivating, and developing the staff team. Supporting the Manager in ensuring that the home is fully compliant with CQC and Local authority regulations. Updating and assessing care plans. Stepping up
in the absence of another Nurse. Providing outstanding clinical care to the residents and setting the benchmark standard for excellence for the other nurses within the home. Supporting the Nursing Staff and Care Staff
within the home on the floor. Take responsibility of the medication
and ensure all related information is properly recorded and maintained. Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of experience in nursing. Be a NMC qualified RGN or RMN with valid PIN. Be friendly and Patient Orientated. Have good computer literacy. Have good leadership skills. Have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail; previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is advantageous. Successful candidates will be required to provide a valid, enhanced Disclosure certificate.
