Role Overview: The firm is seeking a talented and driven Insolvency Associate with 2+ years PQE to join its dynamic insolvency team. In this key role, you will provide expert legal advice across both corporate and personal insolvency matters, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions for complex legal challenges. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of corporate and personal insolvency matters, demonstrating deep expertise in insolvency procedures. Advise clients on a wide range of insolvency issues, including restructuring, liquidation, administrations, and contentious and non-contentious matters. Draft legal documents, conduct thorough research, and provide strategic insights on insolvency law and related matters. Collaborate with partners and team members to develop tailored legal solutions for clients. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring clear, efficient, and timely communication. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in insolvency law. Proven ability to handle complex insolvency cases independently. Solid understanding of insolvency procedures, legislation, and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work well in a team and deliver outstanding client service. Why Join This Firm?
