A Level 2 in English & Maths and a CIPD Level 3 - desirable but not essential. Experience:
You will have previous experience of working within an HR administrator role, able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, have strong attention to detail, and experience of working on HR systems. You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude in order to respond at speed to changing priorities. Working as part of this great team, together you will continuously evolve the services offered and enhance the employee journey with EV Cargo. Prior experience within a Transport or Logistics setting is desirable. Communication:
You will build strong relationships with our managers and enjoy speaking to people on the phone, face to face, or via email.
