Job Title: Band 7 Sonographer Location: Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Hospitals Contract Duration: 3rd February 2025 - 28th March 2025 Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Job Description: Head Medical is an approved supplier to Retinue Solutions, the company which oversees locum positions in NHS GGC. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Sonographer to join the team, working across Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Hospitals. This is a temporary position from 3rd February to 28th March 2025, with shifts from 09:00 to 17:00. The role involves providing general medical ultrasound outpatient lists. Key Responsibilities: Perform a range of ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate diagnostic information. Provide general medical ultrasound outpatient lists. Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant protocols and guidelines. Provide support and guidance to junior staff and students as needed. Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK. HCPC Registration. Proven experience as a Sonographer, at Band 7 level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Benefits: Competitive salary.
