Part Time Care Worker

Papillon Home Care are looking for caring people to join our teams supporting local vulnerable people with various care needs within their own home. In this role, you'll be helping people of all ages live independently. You'll help with preparing meals, housework and personal care. As a companion, you'll provide emotional support by helping people stay connected to their community and family. We have work to offer in Hawkinge during the morning, evenings and weekend, whether you are looking for a few hours a week or a few days. Driver with own car is essential due to the nature of this role. Applicants with DBS on the update service preferred; if no current DBS, then applicant will need to apply/pay for an Enhanced DBS. Responsibilities: Provide care and support for elderly clients in their own homes. Work with a team of professional healthcare workers. Help with basic daily activities of life (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.). Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and light household chores.
