Salary: Grade 4 (SCP5-6): £24,790 to £25,183 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £10,571.59 to £10,739.18 per annum

This role gives you the opportunity to provide support to the teachers in the care of pupils and management of the classroom along with providing one-to-one intervention-based learning. Your creativity, ability to find solutions and reassuring approach will ensure effective academic, social and emotional progress.
Working with colleagues, pupils, parents and other professionals, you will have a professional yet friendly manner, good interpersonal skills and demonstrate sound judgement.
