Complex Care Nurse Bank
Are you an experienced, highly motivated complex care nurse with a passion for delivering the highest level of client support?
We are seeking experienced complex care Nurses to join our team and support clients and staff across the UK.
All applicants MUST be NMC qualified.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical oversight of Support Workers
Essential Requirements:
Full driving licence
Willingness to travel
NMC Registered. Adult, Paediatric, Mental health Nurse or Learning disabilities all with complex care experience.
Community experience is desirable but not essential.
Setting high standards and delivering an exceptional service for patients.
Ability to carry out duties without direct supervision.
Motivated self-starter.
Availability for last minute visits.
Clinical Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months' UK experience working closely with people with clinical complex needs.
Ventilation via nasal mask and full face.
Humidification.
Nebulisers.
Oral and Tracheal Suctioning.
Oxygen Therapy.
Mechanical Cough Assist.
Gastrostomy care - pump and bolus.
Medication administration.
Tracheostomy care and advantageous to be skilled in Tracheostomy Tube Changes.
TPN experience desirable.
