We are hiring an experienced Sales Adviser to join the team at Sheriff Motors, a thriving and fast-paced used car dealership.
The ideal candidate must have:
Proven sales experience: At least 1 year in car sales or a similar high-pressure sales environment.
Exceptional communication skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the purchasing process.
Customer-focused mindset: Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
Negotiation expertise: Confidence in closing deals and maximizing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, manage a busy sales pipeline, and meet targets under tight deadlines.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models, as well as financing and insurance options.
Experience with ClickDealer software: A strong working knowledge of the ClickDealer platform to manage leads, stock, and sales processes efficiently.
Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and willingness to support colleagues in achieving overall business goals.
Driver’s license: A valid license to facilitate test drives and vehicle deliveries.
