Homeworking covering South West and Midlands £54,644 - £57,520 per year plus Company car or car allowance of £8,279 40 hours per week We have an opportunity for a Regional Asset Manager to join our team, covering the South West and Midlands area. The main purpose of this role is to define, commission and lead investment programmes undertaking analysis on properties as required, to maximise the Group's financial returns and to ensure the Group's assets are maintained to all statutory and regulatory standards. The role of Regional Asset Manager will include:

Management of reinvestment budget £15 Million Line Management of 8 Senior Surveyors Planned and cyclical works with potential of managing 10m budget Carrying out stock conditions surveys, and disrepair and insurance works Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Deliver investment, cyclical and compliance programmes within agreed budgets through effective financial management Skills and experiences:

To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying, AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB or currently undertaking the qualification. If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application. Recent experience in undertaking a similar role, including some experience in asset management including planned works. Previous asset and line management experience. Extensive knowledge of relevant HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating system, damp and mould), Awaabs law and confidence with dealing with complex and structural building matters. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
