A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Specialist to join our experienced team at either LIND Triumph North London or Ducati Watford at our state of the art dual site. This role will ideally suit someone with a passion for motorcycles. The successful candidate will be looking to establish a career in the motorcycle industry as a Sales Specialist and willing to learn from our already successful and friendly team or someone who is already selling successfully in the motorcycle / automotive industry and is looking for the next challenge in their career. We are looking for someone who’ll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be achieving vehicle profit and volume targets Maintaining above national average for our Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops Aim to maximise sales and profit opportunities Managing all Sales enquiries by use of Pyramid and Manufacturer CRM systems Ensuring accurate completion of all Sales documentation Ensuring Showroom display and presentation is second to none Deliver first class leading customer service with every interaction Actively drive the performance of New, Used and Finance related sales Adhere to all manufacturer and LIND programmes Actively promote the high standards of Triumph and Ducati at all times The successful candidate will:

Hold a Full UK Motorcycle Licence Have previous experience working as a Sales Executive in a dealership Have a desire to be close to our customers (we ride too, and we regularly attend events, social meetings and ride outs) Be a team player and foster strong inter-departmental relationships Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Be self-motivated, ambitious, professional, and forward thinking Be focused on achieving business goals Have the ability to work within a defined sales process Have a desire to have fun!
