About The Role We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Associate to assist the care journey of a young child with a urological disorder. In this role, you'll be instrumental in assembling a dedicated team to provide tailored support to assist the young girl in achieving her goals and aspirations within the serene landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales. This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check. Key Responsibilities Spearhead management of a skilled care team. Provide hands-on care and oversight, ensuring the highest standards of support. Foster a nurturing environment conducive to the child's growth and well-being. Expert guidance and support to team members. About You Essential: Experience in complex care settings. Dedication to providing person-centered care. Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments. Full driving license, enabling travel within the Yorkshire Dales. Non-smoker. Desirable: Familiarity with paediatric care and support.
