Junior Content Executive – Photography & Videography

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Content Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of engaging content across various platforms. You will work closely with our Senior Photographer & Videographer and our Social Media Team to produce high-quality visuals and materials that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand presence particularly on Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Social Media Team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for content creation. Assist in the production of video content, including filming, editing, and post-production using software such as Adobe Premiere. Capture high-quality photographs, particularly of customers, musicians, and staff, for use in various marketing materials and social media platforms. Edit and enhance video footage to create fun content aligning with our brand messaging. Conduct research on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful. Assist in maintaining an organised digital asset library for easy access to all content materials. Assist with visually appealing graphics and designs using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. Support the team in managing social media accounts when required. Must-Haves Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. Experience in video editing and photography. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for content creation and staying updated on digital marketing trends. A love for the hospitality industry and being out and about. Availability to work late nights and most weekends is non-negotiable, as these are peak times for our venues. Shifts will be organised through a monthly rota. Access to a car or means of transport for late nights as public transport links will not be available.
