We are seeking a high-calibre Construction Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly growing construction team. As a Construction Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of construction matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Your expertise will be utilised to navigate complex construction projects and disputes, with a strong focus on dispute resolution, contract drafting, and negotiation. You will play a pivotal role in the Construction team, helping to drive market share and brand presence, managing a varied caseload from reviewing, preparing, and amending suites of construction documents to working on complex and high-stakes construction litigation cases. Key accountabilities

Technical Expertise: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 8.2 and Dynamics 365. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and the Dynamics SDK. Create and maintain front-end customisations using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics environments and ensure optimal performance. Practise Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of new features and updates. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills. Collaborative: Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather requirements and create technical specifications. About you

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Communication:
