As a

Senior Veterinary Surgeon , you will: Lead and mentor a team of veterinary professionals, fostering growth and development. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring high clinical and client care standards. Provide hands-on coaching to veterinarians and nurses, designing tailored development plans. Deliver routine and non-routine consultations and oversee veterinary duties. Collaborate with management to enhance team performance and drive practice success. This position is perfect for a veterinary professional who enjoys teaching, coaching, and inspiring others. About the Practice

The purpose-built facilities are fully equipped with: Modern technology: ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, and in-house laboratory. Fully stocked orthopaedic kits. Regular clinical meetings and a focus on workplace wellbeing, including mental health first aiders. You’ll be joining a team of experienced vets, including certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology, as well as those pursuing further certifications. Key Benefits

Salary : Starting at £60,000, dependent on experience. Hours : 30-40 hours per week, no out-of-hours, and 1:5 weekends. Relocation Support : Packages for UK and international candidates, with visa sponsorship available (A+ rated sponsor). Professional Development : Generous CPD allowance and paid membership fees. RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with proven experience in mentoring or coaching. Strong clinical skills in routine and non-routine cases. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
