Employees / Staff As a Data Analyst for Safran Seats in Cwmbran, you will be responsible for supporting the Master Data Manager in delivering business insights that drive performance improvements and contribute to the delivery of the data 4.0 roadmap. On a day to day basis your duties will include: Working with business users to get a good understanding of their processes, identifying their data analytics needs and agreeing solution options. Creation and maintenance of data extracts, consolidation dashboards and reports to support key business use cases. Building and monitoring of key performance indicators. Carry out statistical analysis and data visualization. Provide analytical support for the exploration and complex analysis of data. Organize, summarize and translate information to facilitate decision-making. Undertake analytical activities looking at data quality, seeking out potential opportunities to improve data structure and maintenance processes, implementing where appropriate. Present results in a relevant and usable format and explain them in easily understandable terms for decision makers. Ensure all process documentation and rulesets, including the data catalogue, are kept current. Job Requirements

What we are looking for: Demonstrable experience in using SQL and other programming languages such as Python and R. Good working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and data analysis tools. Good understanding of ERP tool concepts and the data used to support their operation. Ability to manage and prioritise stakeholder expectations at all levels ranging from end user up to C-level. An ability to communicate complex technical issues to business users. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Specificity of the job:
