Role Profile: You can expect to get involved in a variety of work that offers unparalleled exposure across the energy sector including: Commercial Regulatory M&A Projects Gas & Water Whether it's advising top-tier energy companies, independent developers, or financiers on high-stakes deals, you'll be integral to shaping the future of power and renewables, both in the UK and internationally. You'll work alongside a specialised, high-calibre team, gaining invaluable insights into the legal, industry, and commercial intricacies of the sector. This is your chance to become a recognised expert in the power and renewables field, all while handling some of the most exciting and innovative legal challenges out there.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified lawyer with 4-6 years of experience in the energy sector, from a corporate, construction, or commercial background. You should bring excellent analytical and drafting skills, a keen interest in the power and renewables sectors, and the ability to navigate the economic, technical and financial context within which the legal and regulatory advice is provided. A willingness to travel, strong organisational skills, and the drive to excel under tight deadlines is essential.
