The College is seeking to appoint a highly capable Security Manager to become a key member of the College community. Reporting to the Director of Estate, this is a newly created role and will be responsible for developing and implementing our site security strategy and operations. Responsibilities

Develop and implement site security strategy and operations. Manage security personnel and ensure effective communication within the team. Oversee the use of security management software. Ensure compliance with security principles, practices, and technologies. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have: A recognised qualification in security management or a related field. Significant proven experience in security management. A strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
