Managing Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor
My client is a tier one, privately owned main contractor who excels in delivering large-scale, complex projects. A leader in London's residential, regeneration, and hotel sectors with direct delivery capability and proactive risk management. Exciting Projects include: Fitout of Super Prime residences within London's top tier Luxury Apartment schemes where individual apartments are valued at over £40m. Refurbishment and fit out of many of the world's leading luxury hotels in Prime Central London. A variety of complex and technically challenging projects integrating existing heritage elements with new buildings, major structural alterations, and ultra high spec fit out. The Role As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll oversee the commercial management of high-profile construction projects. Lead teams, ensure financial targets are met, and uphold best practices in cost control, contract management, and dispute resolution. Your expertise in large, complex schemes will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with corporate KPIs.
