As a Duty Manager at NCP Birmingham Airport, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a frontline team to maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and compliance. Ensure car park operations meet health and safety regulations, and company policies are adhered to at all times. Manage staff schedules, recruitment, performance reviews, and training, ensuring a well-trained and high-performing team. Oversee the maintenance of parking control equipment, coordinating repairs and updates as necessary. Deputise for the Operations Manager in their absence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team collaboration and innovation. What We’re Looking For: Proven management experience, ideally in a customer-facing, operational, or technology-driven environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety protocols and experience managing compliance. Proficient in IT systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A full UK driving licence is essential. Why Join Us?
